Becoming A Board Member
- Anyone interested in becoming an MCSA board member should fill out a
Nominating Petition. The petition must be turned into the Graduate Secretary prior to the open forum at the Midwinter Meeting. - Candidates submitting petitions will be announced on the listserve as they are recieved. Candidates are encouraged to make their petition known and promote their election to the board.
- Candidates must be present when the electon is held during the Annual Midwinter Meeting.

Undergraduate Officers serve a 1 year term.
These undergraduate positions up for election at the 2008 Midwinter Meeting.

- Vice Commodore
- Race Chairman
- Special Interests Representative
- Equipment Information Coordinator
Graduate Officers serve a 3 year term and a new Graduate Officer is elected each year at the Midwinter Meeting.
- 2008 Intersectional Coordinator
- 2009 Graduate Secretary
- 2010 Graduate Treasurer
