Saturday started out with cloudy skies and light, shifty winds mainly out of the northwest at about 5mph. As the day progressed the wind died down and after 4 races in A division and 3 races in B division the races for the rest of the day were called due to a lack of wind. No breakdowns nor protests were filed.
Sunday's conditions were overcast and the wind speed varied between 10-15mph, with temperatures in the 40s. B division sailed 3 races while A division sailed 2 races to complete a total of 6 races. There was one breakdown filed after a jib halyard broke. No protests were filed. Courses varied between windward leeward, Triangles, and Modified Olympic.
Despite sailing only 6 races the regatta was a success! Thanks to all the teams who attended and congratulations to Iowa State on their first place finish!
