The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, the current ICSA Procedural Rules and the MCSA Policy requiring all teams to wear team uniforms as described in PR13(e) for all MCSA Regattas.

If this event is either a MCSA Area elimination or MCSA Championship which is a qualifying event for an ICSA Championship, or an event leading to an ICSA Championship, the right to appeal is denied under RRS 70.4(a).

The following teams are expected to attend: Provided Boats: WIS, UMN, UWM, MICH, NWU, ILL ND, UMN, NWU, UMN, NWU, NWU

The event will be held in 420's. MCSA Spec Sails are required.

Teams wishing to withdraw from this event must notify the MCSA Race Chairman by the date specified above to avoid any fines or penalties.

If you arrive late at night call Anna to get your housing assignment and directions to its location.

Registration Meeting will be on Saturday at 8:30am at the sailing site. Races will be run from the Wayzata Community Sailing Center. http://www.wayzatasailing.org/

Regatta fees of $10 will be charged. The rate may not exceed $10/person. The Minimum team fees are $40 for fleet races.
