The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005-2008, the current ICSA Procedural Rules and the MCSA Policy requiring all teams to wear team uniforms as described in PR13(e) for all MCSA Regattas.

The following teams are expected to attend:

Provided Boats: NWU, ND, WIS, MTu, CAR, CHI, IOWA, ILL, ND, GLMA, NWU

Bringing Boats: WIS, WIS, MICH, MICH, ND

The event will be held in 420s*.* MCSA Spec Sails are required.

Teams wishing to withdraw from this event must notify the MCSA Race Chairman by the date specified above to avoid any fines or penalties.

Registration Meeting will be on Friday 4/18 at 1102 Foster St. Evanston, IL 60201

Races will be run from the Northwestern Boathouse (1839 Campus Dr. Evanston,

IL 60201 ph: 847-491-4142).

Regatta fees of $10/person will be charged.
